Grief can arise not only from bereavement, but also from relationship changes, unmet expectations, fertility challenges, and other significant losses. Counselling provides a supportive space to process these experiences, navigate adjustment, and develop strategies to move forward.

Difficulties with eating, body image and self-worth can affect emotional wellbeing and everyday life. Our approach is largely informed by Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) for adult eating disorders. An IFS-informed perspective may also be integrated to explore the thoughts, emotions and protective patterns that can sit beneath eating and body image difficulties, supporting greater self-understanding, self-compassion and healthier ways of coping.
