We are a psychological counselling service dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and wellbeing through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. 

Sessions are currently delivered via Telehealth (phone or online video). This provides the flexibility to access secure and confidential counselling whenever and wherever needed. We are able to provide home visits in special circumstances in the Loddon Campaspe region and will commence face to face counselling once our new office space in Bendigo is ready. On-site counselling is also available at residential facilities.
